Return policy

Returns

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer MUST pay for shipping the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it in. It should also be in the original packaging that you had received it in.  

Also to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt from us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email or message via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also  notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refunded item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be returned to its original payment method within a couple days.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

The amount of this fee will be taken from your refund. NJB may not impose restocking costs in some circumstances, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Structure of Restocking Fees:
30% off on  performance products
20% off any other products that are returnable.

Electronic Parts are not returnable. 

If your order is accepted for a refund, you, the customer, are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Unless the item received differs from the one ordered.

If New jersey Bimmers shipped you the wrong item, we will send you a return mailing label and there will be no restocking cost. Requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages

New Jersey Bimmers is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If you did not get a shipment that was confirmed to be delivered successfully, you must register a claim with the delivery carrier. When packages are dispatched and delivered, we send tracking information. Please make every effort to receive your package as soon as feasible. The decision to submit a claim with the mail carrier is ultimately yours. New Jersey Bimmers is powerless to intervene in this circumstance and will not issue a refund or resend the missing/stolen goods.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items can only be refunded, and not items that were on sale during a purchase.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged when you had got them. If you need to exchange it for the same item you had initially purchased, send us an email at newjerseybimmers@gmail.com and send your item back to: New Jersey Bimmers 107 longfield ct, East Brunswick NJ 08816

Backordered Items

If your order is backordered, we will tell you. If you wish to cancel this item, please send an email to NEWJERSEYBIMMERS@gmail.com.

Shipping

To return your product, send your product to: New Jersey Bimmers 107 longfield ct, East Brunswick NJ 08816

You will be held responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Also depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to get to you, may vary.

If you are going to ship an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we have received your item.

Return policy for Electronic parts

At New Jersey Bimmers, we take great pride in the quality of our electronic parts and we strive to ensure that all of our customers receive the best possible products and services. We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any electronic parts purchased from our company. This is due to the sensitive nature of electronic parts and the potential risks associated with their use, installation, and handling. As such, we strongly recommend that all customers carefully review their order and confirm that the parts they have selected are correct and suitable for their intended use prior to completing their purchase.

In the unlikely event that a customer receives a defective or damaged electronic part, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund, provided that the customer notifies us of the issue within 7 days of receiving their order. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation, and the returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements, or that have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may result from the use or misuse of our electronic parts.
